We are pleased to host our ACE-STEM Summer Institute from Tuesday, June 20 to Friday, June 23, 2023, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (ET)
Various workshops and activities on cutting-edge topics such as Content-Language Integrated STEM, Translanguaging, ChatGPT, Universal Design for Learning, Media Literacy, Family & Community Engagement, and more!

ACE-STEM Fall 2022 Saturday Workshops 1 & 2
The first ACE-STEM Saturday Workshop was held on October 1, online, through Zoom. The research team invited Dr. Lisa Dorner as the guest speaker of the workshop.
The second ACE-STEM Saturday Workshop was held on November 5 online through Zoom. The research team invited Dr. Borup and Dr. Shin as the workshop’s guest speakers.

Saturday Workshops
ACE-STEM Saturday Workshops are designed to provide an opportunity for teachers to communicate with experts from various fields to increase their knowledge and expertise in designing instruction that promotes deep content learning and language and literacy development.
Summer Institute
ACE-STEM Summer Institute is a 4-day event starting on June 20th to 23rd in the summer of 2023. This in-person event will be hosted at Mason SciTech Campus in Manassas. Teacher participants will join a series of workshops and activities. (Event page will open soon).
